Service Desk is configured as Conventional configuration mode.

If we modify values, such as Dateformat, in web.cfg and web.cfg.tpl files stored under $NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www folder on the primary server, the settings will be back to the original ones after running pdm_configure.


This is working by design.

In order to keep the changes on web.cfg after running pdm_configure on the primary server, you need to modify web.cfg.tpl stored under $NX_ROOT\samples\pdmconf folder as well as web.cfg located in $NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www folder.
