Scheduled the Software Update Cycle within Patch Management Solution; found the Software Updates fail to install on Windows Server and Windows 10 computers.

Windows requires the 'Windows Software Update' service to be running.
Configure the 'Windows Update Service' to start 'Manual' or 'Automatically.'
Note: If it is set to Manual the service will start and remain started until the computer is rebooted. Additionally, if it is set to Automatically on Windows 10 Clients the Software Updates may install outside Patch Management Solution (process under review, so ensure to test process before production deployment).
Warning: When the setting 'Automatically' is implemented we found the OS sometimes reboots the client following the Software Update Cycle. This is outside the Patch Management Solution control. Ensure testing is performed in the environment before deploying with this configuration in production.
