Is there a way to track the activities of IT Management Suite administrators?

ITMS 8.5 and later

Resolution

Item Trackers are a new IT Management Suite (ITMS) feature introduced in version 8.5.

Item Trackers track the activities of ITMS administrators inside the Symantec Management Console.

You will see the following in the Symantec Management Console:

Settings > All Settings > Notification Server > Internals > Item Tracking > Global Item Tracking Settings
