How to reset the password for a VIP Manager Administrator

Resolution

1. Go to manager.vip.symantec.com/vipmgr/signin.v
    
2. Select "Forgot your password" option.
   
   
   
   
3. A temporary password will be sent to the registered email address of the Administrator.
