Is there a list of known applications that may conflict with the DLP Endpoint Prevent agent and steps to resolve?

Cause

Certain 3rd party applications may conflict with the DLP Endpoint agent and may need to be white listed within DLP.

Resolution

Note: This list is not a complete list, and conflicts with other 3rd party applications may occur.

• Cisco Security Agent is incompatible with DLP Endpoint Agent
• JVM is frequently crashing with a 0xc0000005 exception
