Resolution

The instructions for migrating the database or moving the database are in the  Symantec Data Loss Prevention Oracle 19c Implementation guide.

The instructions are in the section titled “Migrating the database to Oracle 19c”, page 49.

Modify the jdbc.properties file as instructed in the section titled “Connect the Enforce Server to the Oracle 19c database”, page 55.

For a Windows hosted Enforce, update the database server connection as instructed in the section titled “Update the database server connection on Windows”, page 56.
For a Linux hosted Enforce, update the database server connection as instructed in the section titled "Update the database server connection on Linux", page 56.
