Issue/Introduction

XCOM Data Transport Compatibility with other XCOM releases.  Is there a matrix indicating compatible levels of XCOM across all the platforms?  Is there a lifecycle chart?

All supported versions of XCOM are compatible with all other supported versions of XCOM.

All versions and service packs of all products on this list that are NOT EOS (end of service) or EOL (end of life) are compatible. 

NOTE: When it comes to features like SSL or UNICODE you need to run Versions of XCOM on both sides which support these - otherwise you cannot use the feature.
