Is there the feature to run and manage jobs or tasks on a 3rd party job management or scheduling product from the CA Service Desk Manager Change Calendar?

Issue/Introduction

Is there a feature within CA Service Desk Manager to run and manage the job on  3rd party job management or scheduling product like Hitachi JP1 from the Change Change the Calendar table viewer? The expectation would be to be able to manage a specific job/task on the 3rd party tool to set when it will be run from the Change Calendar GUI.

Resolution

There is currently no facility to integrate the CA Service Desk Manager Change Calendar to a 3rd party job management or scheduling product that would provide this functionality.
