When is password phrase control enforced?
When we make a chance to the password phrase controls NEWPHRASE, when will he new changes be enforced?

Resolution
The new password phrase changes to NEWPHRASE control option will be enforced next time their password expires and the the user changes their password. There will be no enforcement for current passwords.
