Issue/Introduction

CA maintenance like IBM RSU concept for CA DB2 tools for z/OS R19. 

Please advise how I could download the latest maintenance (like IBM RSU concept) of CA DB2 tools for z/OS R19.

The CA "CA RS" system is i think the closest to IBM RSU concept.
