Compile a 7.3 function into a 7.1

Can you please tell me if there is a variable, parameter or command that I can set up so that I can recompile 

my functions to make them compatible with 7.1? Currently I am 7.3.

Resolution

Yes there is a parameter you can specify for an indivdual function or a complete model. 

The parameter is TGTRLS for Target Release.
