"$CASHCOMP/csutils/bin/casrvc" has Set-Uid permissions

Issue/Introduction

The operating system was updated with operating system patches, after that whenever "unisrvrcntr" was issued to try to start or stop components it would core dump and display the following message: "$CASHCOMP/csutils/bin/casrvc" has Set-Uid permissions

Please confirm that $CASHCOMP/csutils/bin/casrvc is owned by root and has permissions set to 4555.

Also make sure the environment from which you are attempting to use the command is good; meaning check that PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH contain values which include $CASHCOMP directories.
