Resolution

SOLVE:ACCSES r4.0 SP03 JP is a current release for z/OS and MSP. No EOS has been announced yet.

 

Regarding SOLVE:ACCESS r4.0 SP03 JP for MSP, it has been stabilized since 2016.Apr.
