Issue/Introduction
To start the CIC Manager the command file "LaunchCICManager.bat" should be executed.
Why do I get the message "Error 404. Page not found." when trying to start the CIC Manager?
Environment
Client Automation 12.9.Client Automation 14.0.
Resolution
CIC Manager should be started by running the command 'LaunchCICManager.bat' from a DOS command prompt window opened with elevation (run as Administrator).
