"No match" error message received when creating a package foreground

Issue/Introduction

Why do I get the error message 'No Match' when creating new package under foreground? Editing existing packages are no problem.

Resolution

That message will be issued when the ENCOPTBL ALWAYS_CALL_GENPKGID is enabled, but there is no GENPKGID exit. The solution is to comment out the optional feature and assemble/link the table.
