As per them, it seems there are missing patches which are referenced within the rollups.
Please, verify that the Default Software Contents Download Job has been executed recently.
If then the problem still persist search and accept the patch 'Oct 2016 Security Only Quality Update - Windows8.1-KB3192392-x64' before accepting the Rollup 'Patch CA - Win 8.1 Gold 64Bit x64 - Security IntelliRollup v1705.00'.
Doing so, the 'Accept' operation should successfully complete.
