EZTC0441E >>> $ cursor C1 not referenced in an SQL "FETCH" command

For the BIGINT functionality to be in affect, please confirm for me that you have the following PTFs applied: 

For the CA Easytrieve product, release 11.6: RO73211 and RO73212 

For the CA Pan/SQL product, release 2.4C: RO78062 and RO77666
