Error CMN-0015 is thrown by the CA PPM New User Interface

Issue/Introduction

The "CMN-0015: Attribute 'prstatus' was locked and cannot be changed", error message is displayed when I try to Approve a timesheet in the New UI.

Environment

CA PPM Versions 15.1 and above

Cause

This error is thrown when an attribute that pertains to the timesheets is locked by a process.

Resolution

The Old UI used to thrown a warning numbered TMA-0118, for the same issue.
Please follow the KB document written for TMA-0118, and take appropriate actions.
