Please look under 'Reporting', the section 'TSSUTIL Utility', the sub-section 'TSSUTIL Abend and Return Codes'.

In that section is a description of the SMF Type 80 Record Layout including the 3 attribute bytes FLATTR1, 2, and 3 which correspond to the field FLATTR in the #FLOG macro definition. The equated values for each bit are documented there.
