What is the purpose of each of the odata rights below:

• Data Warehouse OData Service – Navigate
• OData – Access

Component : CA PPM SAAS INSTALLATION AND UPGRADE

Resolution

• Data Warehouse OData Service – Navigate 
  • This right should be granted to administrators responsible for managing the access to the odata connection.
  • With this right, Administrators can see the following section: Administration->General Settings->Data Warehouse Odata service
  • After granting the above right, log out and log back in to Clarity to ensure the rights refresh
  • If this link is still not available, this indicates Odata may not be enabled in your environment - Contact Broadcom support for assistance. 
• OData – Access
  • It grants access to connect to Odata.
  • It should be granted to any user that will be using Odata to access data
• Additional rights are required to see various tables (IE Project – view rights to view project related data, etc)
