Issue/Introduction



When Service Desk is integrated with EEM, the option to use the "OS-Use Operating System authentication.", will not be available instead you will have EEM authentication, I need to have the option back to setup SSO, how should I do this?

The option is changed by default when SD is integrated with EEM, if it is required to have the option back deinstall the EEM configuration as follows:

1. Go to the administration tab
2. Go to Options Manager->Security
3. Deinstall
eiam_hostname
use_eiam_artifiact
use_eiam_authentication
4. Recycle SD services

Once the service is restarted the option of When you have EEM integration enabled, the option to use the "OS-Use Operating System authentication." will become available again.
