RC Compare for DB2 for z/OS

When viewing the CA RC/Query for DB2 for z/OS (RCQ) Table Accelerated Information it was noted that there is a difference in the actual row count for an accelerator table compared to the RC/Q Table Accelerated Information returned from the IF CMD.  What would be the cause of the difference?

Component: RCQ

The RC/Q Table Accelerated Information is obtain using the stored procedure call SYSPROC.ACCEL_GET_TABLES_INFO.  The information returned from the SYSPROC.ACCEL_GET_TABLES_INFO call may be reporting rows that may be inactive, but still physically exist on the box resulting in the row count difference.
