ACF2 ACF2 - DB2 Option ACF2 for zVM ACF2 - z/OS ACF2 - MISC PanApt PanAudit

Issue/Introduction

Privileges that are updated for the ACF2 default STC logonid or the default logonid defined in the GSO OPTS record do not take effect. When the address space is bounced, the new logonid privileges are not in effect.

Environment

Component: ACF2MS

Cause

Changes to either the default STC logonid or the default batch logonid without IPL require a refresh of the GSO OPTS record.

Resolution

1) The following command is entered either on the MVS console or at the TSO ACF prompt:

    F ACF2,REFRESH(OPTS)

2) The address space(s) using the default STC logonid are bounced if this is a default STC logonid update.
