Issue/Introduction

We have a default STC logonid that I added new privilege bits to.  When a bounce the address space, the new bit is not used.

Why aren't changes to the default logonids taking effect?

Environment

Release:
Component: ACF2MS

Resolution

When changes are made to either the default STC logonid, or the default batch logonid, and an IPL is not being performed, then a refresh of the OPTS record and bouncing the address space is needed to have any changes take effect.
