Issue/Introduction

Resolving the Cross Submit Authorization Security Violations for the CICS region acid when a user signs on to CICS.

We are receiving the following message when we logon in the CICS:

F2 0177 TSS7250E 157 J=CICS A=CICS Type=ALT-ACID Resource=6976    
F2 0177 TSS7271E Job Submit/ACID Authorization Denied. ACID <ABCD> Not    
        Authorized for Your Use
