Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Clarity and Navigate to Administration
2. Under Administration -->General Settings --> Gather the Data Warehouse ODATA Service
3. Open the Microsoft Excel and check the version using Account ( In this case i am testing with Microsoft Excel 2016)
4. Open the Microsoft Excel --> Data --> From Other Source --> From Odata Data Feed
5. Fill in the connection which can be found from Step 2
6. You will get the error below
In Broadcom Ondemand Clarity SAAS, we only allow TLS 1.2 and doing a it looks like the web service Microsoft Excel is using has lower TLS since Microsoft continue to support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.2 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/troubleshoot/security/prepare-tls-1.2-in-office-365

The work around found at this point to use New Query in Microsoft Excel and below are the steps
1. Open Microsoft Excel
2. Navigate to Data --> New Query --> From Other Data Sources --> From ODATA Feed and you should be able to use it
