Jaspersoft upgrade error "The system cannot find the file specified"

Issue/Introduction

When running a Jaspersoft upgrade, it fails with error: 

[java] Resource name: applicationContext-virtual-data-source-query-service.xml

[java] java.io.FileNotFoundException: E:\new\index.xml (The system cannot find the file specified)

Environment

Release : All Supported Jaspersoft releases

Cause

This can happen if specified just a location but not the actual zip file with content:

Jaspersoft Content Location  = E:\new

Resolution

Specify the full path to the Jaspersoft content file as per the documentation: Upgrade Jaspersoft and Migrate Advanced Reporting Content

Step 25: Provide the Absolute Path of the Jaspersoft content zip file. This is the absolute path to the exported content zip from the previous Jaspersoft.
