Users cannot see Administration side menu, also Home and Favorites dropdown

Issue/Introduction

Things were working for us before, and now suddenly all admin users are no longer able to see Administration menu, although they have the access rights:

Also the Home and Favorites menus, although visible, are not producing a drop down when we hover over them

Environment

Release : All supported Clarity releases

Cause

• This is caused by an issue in the application that requires a restart of all services

Resolution

Restart the Clarity services, then the menus should be visible and working again
