How to change the severity or priority of a case using Broadcom Support Portal: Case Management?

Resolution

Broadcom Support offers four levels of severities:




Note: Contact Broadcom Customer Care to update the case to Severity 1.

 

Below are the steps to change the severity of the case to 2, 3, and 4. 

  • To change the severity, Click on case ID  and once inside the case Click on the Pencil Icon next to Severity (As shown in the picture below)

  • Update the Severity and Business Impact fields.
