Not able to transfer file from RA agent to a remote RA agent

Issue/Introduction
RA Agent failed to connect to the remote host agent with below error.
It fails becasuse of "failed to connect remote agent: NODEID.
Environment
Release : 6.6
Component : CA RELEASE AUTOMATION RELEASE OPERATIONS CENTER
Resolution
Both agents are connected to the same execution server so ideally they should be able to communicate with each other so please try to clean/delete below files from both the agents and from the NES by following below steps will resolve the issue.
Stop the NES and agents service and delete below files from them and start the service.
1. persistency
2. tmp
3. files_temp
4. files_registry
5. files_cache
