Issue/Introduction

Chrome error while exporting any report from Advance reporting. You are unable to download/export reports from Advance reporting and are seeing an error: Failed - Network error.

Cause

This can be related to an issue with Adobe Settings

Environment

Resolution

Check Adobe settings using the following steps referenced at: Google Chrome: Open PDF in Adobe Reader Google Chrome: Open PDF in Adobe Reader

  1. Open Adobe Reader, then select “Edit” > “Preferences“.
  2. Select “General
  3. Choose the “Select as Default PDF Handler” button.
  4. Select “Continue“, then follow the steps provided.
  5. Once all steps are completed, then restart the computer.
