Duplicate summary task and child tasks in MSP that don't exist in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

In Microsoft Project (MSP) a summary task and it's child tasks are all duplicated so it shows twice in the file. The issue isn't seen in the Clarity Gantt, even if the project is saved back there. In the Clarity Gantt, some tasks are missing and summary tasks not being able to outdented to see child tasks beneath them.

Resolution

Use the steps in Remove a MSP project from the prdocument table to temporarily remove the project from the prdocument table. (SaaS customers, please open a case to have this done).

Important: Review the impact of removing from the prdocument table prior to running the query

If you are seeing issues in the Clarity PPM Gantt such as tasks missing, summary tasks not being able to outdented, etc: open the project in MSP, then save back to Clarity to correct the issues in the Gant
