RPT-0022 error from Reports and Jobs

Issue/Introduction
A user is receiving the following error when attempting to execute out of the box Jaspersoft reports from the Reports and Jobs page.
ERROR RPT-0022: You do not have proper privileges to run the report. Please contact your system administrator.
Environment
All Clarity Versions
Cause
Possible causes include:
1. Corruption with the Advanced Reporting folder
2. Restrictions from the browser
Resolution
1. Check and provide the needed rights:
- *Advanced Reporting*
- *Report*
- *Job*
2. Rerun the required jobs:
- Restore Domains job.
- Load DWH Access Rights
- Create and Update Jaspersoft Users
- Jaspersoft Role Synchronization
If that doesn't help
a. Check the role access permissions at each level.
b. Import the Advanced Reporting folder: Export, Import, or Migrate Advanced Reporting Content
Workaround:
Instead of running from Reports and Jobs > Reports, see if running from Advanced Reporting works
Users can schedule Jaspersoft reports and include the report as an attachment per documentation
