OWB: 'Cannot start or find the Java' due to JRE missing

Issue/Introduction

After launching OWB, an error is displayed:

"npWBench: Cannot start or find the Java 1.8 JRE (1). The 1.8 JRE may not have been installed or the registry may be incorrect."

Cause

Open Workbench is not able to find Java.

Since Clarity PPM 13.3, OWB bundles our own private JRE with Scheduler Connect component.

Resolution

Install Scheduler Connect and make sure that the JRE is selected during installation.
