Edge Browser Trace Steps
- Press the F12 key to open the developer tools console or select the three dots
- Click the Developer Tools option
- Click over to the network tab within the console
- Click the button with an arrow inside a circle to preserve logs
- Navigate or have the user navigate the pages until the issue occurs and then click the Save icon
- Send the resulting file to the case as an attachment
