Issue/Introduction



When the option "Close All Children" is invoked on the parent case, is it possible to perform the closure across all child cases, regardless of their existing statuses, and bypassing existing Status Transition Rules?

Resolution

When using the "Close All Children" function, all child cases must be in a position ahead of time to close the given case.  The Status Transitions are designed to be enforced across any such cases, including any that would be affected by "Close All Children"
