In the Clarity PPM Modern/New User Experience (UX), when a user with time entry/approval rights for other users attempts to search for other resources to enter time for, they get a message first: No Resources Found. This typically will just appear for a second or less, and the resources will eventually load.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the New UX as a user with timesheet edit rights for other users
2. Click on the Timesheets icon
3. Click on the magnifying glass to search for a different resource
Expected Results: While the resources are loading, a message appears similar to “Loading resources, please wait”.
Actual Results: While the resources are loading, a message appears “No resources found” .

This is caused by DE49763.
Wait a few seconds to see if the results will eventually load. If yes, the message can be ignored. While the message indicates no resources are found, it's just taking a little time to load the resources.
