Issue/Introduction

Open Workbench (OWB) displays the following error when trying to open a project:

'The stream version from the server is not the same as the client's stream version'.

Note: this will happen for all users

Environment

Release: All Supported Releases

Resolution

1. Check the CSA configuration for the Scheduler Entry URL (CSA > [server] Properties > Application Server > Scheduler Entry URL). Make sure that this matches the URL where OWB should connect to and that http:// or https:// is correctly specified as per your environment. The port must also be specified if it is not the default port (port 80 for http, port 443 for https).
