This document will outline the steps to modify the logging levels for ITPAM Agent logs.

Environment

Process Automation - 4.3.x

Resolution

Follow the steps below for increasing log levels for ITPAM Agent:
  1. Go to C:\Program Files\CA\PAM Agent\PAMAgent\.c2orepository\.c2oagentresources\properties
  2. Open log4j.xml
  3. Search for <root> section
  4. Change "priority value" to INFO.

 
If the process requiring logging is run directly on the Orchestrator, then the appropriate log4j.xml file can be found at <PAM>\server\c2o\conf\
