After creating a restriction to view tickets for an specific category for an specific role, customers from different roles, are not able to download attachments for that same category, even they don't have restrictions for that category.
They get the error:

The restrictiion created was a data partition constraint:
Call_Req - View - category.sym not like 'Application%'
this is a bug and is addressed in DEFECT #DE47880
