The CA Identity Portal Approval screen displays the "Requested for" field as "New" rather than displaying a proper user name.

If a user is created and an approval task is generated from the Identity Manager (for example by a Bulk Task), the user will be created without an ID, so is displayed as "New" in the portal. If the user is created and assigned from within the Identity Portal, the User ID will be assigned and the users name will appear in the "Requested for" column as expected.
