In the Clarity PPM Microsoft Project (MSP) New Driver, manually scheduled Milestones change to the Project Start date if the milestone is 100 % Complete. This issue doesn't happen for manually completed tasks that are not milestones or milestones that are not completed.
Prerequisite: Have the following MSP Update installed: KB4462134 (this also happens on other MSP Updates, but not in earlier updates such as the June MSP Update)
Steps to reproduce:
This issue is caused by DE48354. It currently appears to happen on some, but not all MSP Updates.
Release: CODFSS99000-15.5-PPM SAAS FedRAMP-Sandbox-Small Environment
This issue is targeted to be fixed in Clarity PPM 15.6.1.
Option 1: Set milestones to Task Mode of Auto Scheduled in MSP.
For already impacted milestones: Change the task to auto scheduled in MSP, then update the start/finish dates to the correct date.
