Failed to capture running configuration from Cisco switch

Issue/Introduction
Spectrum Network Configuration Manager (NCM) failed to capture running configuration from a Cisco switch with the following error:
Event : Configuration Manager - Capture failed with Primary communication mode SNMP/TFTP for host running configuration file from device <Mosel Name> of type SwCiscoIOS on landscape spectrum initiated by user System. Specific error: The file transfer on the device timed out. The network may be overloaded or the TFTP server on the SpectroSERVER machine may not be running or responding.

Resolution
Check the switch to see if it has jumbo frames enabled If so, lower the tftp block size.
