Recurrence campaigns doesn't display all the fields in Portal

Issue/Introduction

When a campaign is launched with recurrence feature, the initial campaign makes use of the template that is provided while creating it. When the recurring campaign is launched, we expect to see a campaign similar to the original one.

1. But the recurring campaign doesn't show all the fields that are available as part of the Governance portal.
2. The name of the recurring campaign is appended with 'recurring#1', we would like to modify that to have a date instead.
