DWH_INV_SUMMARY_FACTS table:

• EAC_TOTAL_COST Total estimate at completion cost from assignments.
• It will take and add data from the combined assignments on the investment.
• ACTUAL_TOTAL_COST Total actual cost from financial transactions.
• ACTUAL_LABOR_COST Actual cost from financial transactions where the transaction type is Labor.
• ACTUAL_LABOR_HOURS Actual labor hours from assignments.
• The data gets collected from Assignments, and then summarized to Investment level.
