New UX Timesheet Population Matrix for PPM

Issue/Introduction

Would it be possible to receive a matrix for the following scenarios and how the tool functions in those situations? 

Add Assigned Tasks, Copy Previous Timesheets, Copy Previous Timesheet and 
hours 

• ETC / No ETC 
• Within Start/Finish / not within Start/Finish 
• Working day / Non working day 
• Project open for time entry / Projects not open for time entry 
• Tasks open for time entry / Tasks not open for time entry 
• Other Work

KB000124358	Tasks with no ETC, tasks that have ETCs (non zero ETC), tasks with Pending ETCs	If there is ETC on the task, the task is added to the timesheet if the task assignment dates fall under one of the below criteria (See KB: KB000124237): The Populate Time Range set in Administration->System Options  Any time periods that occur after the assignment finish date. If there is no ETC on the task, the task is added if it falls within the Populate Time Range set in Administration->Timesheet Options If Pending ETC is 0, the task will not be automatically added. See KB KB000117397.	The behavior would be the same for all ETC Scenarios. The task will copy over even if the time period of the timesheet is not within the Populate Time Range set in Administration->Timesheet Options.	The behavior would be the same for all ETC Scenarios. (Hours copy over providing that the day the hours are copied from or to are NOT Non working days)
KB000124319	Start/Finish Dates of Task Assignments	The task will still show up even if the time period is not within the assignment start/finish dates if the task assignment dates falls within the system timesheet population window set in PPM in Administration ->Timesheet Options. (Whether ETC on the task is 0 or not). The application also shows tasks with non-zero remaining ETC in time periods that occur after the assignment finish date	If the task was on the prior timesheet, the task will get added using this feature.	If the task was on the prior timesheet, the task and it’s hours will get added using this feature (providing the day being copied from or to is not a non working day).
KB000124318	Working day / Non working day	The task behavior is the same for Non Working Days versus Working days.	The task behavior is the same for Non Working Days versus Working days.	Hours are not copied over for non working days. See KB KB000124318 for more details.
KB000124316	Project open for time entry setting	The task will not get added unless the project is open for time entry.	The task will not get added unless the project is open for time entry.	The task will not get added unless the project is open for time entry.
KB000124313	Tasks open for time entry setting	The task will not get added unless the task is open for time entry.	The task is added when the timesheet is created using this feature.	The task and previous hours enter are populated using this feature. (Providing the Task being copied from or To is not a Non Working day
KB000117344	Other Work	All other work tasks the resource is allocated to during the current time period would copy over.	By design, only other work items on the previous timesheet should copy over.
