Clarity Jaspersoft csk content upgrade "Error while renaming tenant directory"

Issue/Introduction

While running the Jaspersoft content import command in Clarity you are getting an error:

"Error in preparing content. Please provide the valid zip file or have permissions on temp folder jaspersoft_csk.zip Error while renaming tenant directory: org_template to directory"

In the admin.log you see the below error:

Preparing content to be deployed on Organization_name using file d:\clarity\clarity\reporting\content\csk\jaspersoft\package\jaspersoft_csk.zip
Error in preparing content. Please provide the valid zip file or have permissions on temp folder

Error while renaming tenant directory: org_template to directory orgnanization_home Failed to import content for tenant ..

Caused by: java.io.IOException Error while renaming tenant directory org_template to directory

Advanced reporting with Jaspersoft

Resolution

• Make sure jaspersoft_csk.zip is valid and the file size/date is correct.
• Check permissions on the folder containing the content and ensure that you are able to access it with full control.
• Ensure you are granted explicit permissions to the Clarity folder and all its subfolders, along with the TEMP directory
• Make sure the TEMP directory you've set is not in Users directory. Set it to something like C:\TEMP and try again
