Issue/Introduction

While installing agent on a Windows Server with 2 IPs: Backup IP and Production IP, the agent is automatically trying to connect via Backup IP. Because of this Orchestrator is not able to establish connection with the agent.  How can I tell the agent to bind to a specific ip address?

Environment

Release:
Component: ITPAM

Resolution

Edit the OasisConfig.properties

Modify the following to be your ip address that you want to bind to (it will currently be set to the host name, but you want to change this to ip address):

#Defines the host name of the computer that is used for communication with the Orchestrator or agent.
oasis.jxta.host=

Save the file and restart the agent.
