Tried to migrate few objects from our DEV environment to our MOD(production Env) but the migration failed with error below:

Resolution

Migrating two Procedures individually is successful, but when these are combined with other objects, is when this crash occurs.
If you splitting the migrations enables the migration to work for the smaller pieces, that says that the models do not have any corruptions.
The usual recommendation is to migrate only small numbers of objects at a time.
