Issue/Introduction

For any Single Sign On (SSO) enabled environments, when the certificate expires for any environment, it needs to be updated at Broadcom as well.

Learn the information that needs to be collected before contacting Broadcom Support for the certificate update.

Environment

Environments included: All SaaS GCP Environments (Non-Production (Dev, Test, QA), Production)

Resolution

Open a case providing the following information:

  • Environment URL's on which the Certificate has to be updated.
  • Contact Details of a person who could be contacted while the certificate is being updated.
  • Attach a copy of the certificate that needs to be updated to the Broadcom Support case.
  • Window for scheduling:
    • 48 hours of lead time to schedule this activity
    • 2 hours of downtime is needed to complete the configuration.

Note: We recommend that the customer and Broadcom work together at the same time to update the Certificate as once the configuration is complete, the customer should test to confirm if the certificate has been updated successfully. That way, any issues can be worked on immediately.
