OWB Visual Display Issue in Surface Pro Device: Row Height is very Small

Issue/Introduction

When looking at data in Open Workbench (OWB) in a Surface Pro device, the row-height of tabluar data views is very small, so the data is not legible in the view. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Open any Clarity(PPM) project (with one or more tasks) in OWB

Expected Results: The data displays normally and is legible in the scheduler 
Actual Results: The row-height is very small and the data is illegible 

Environment

Windows 10 machines using mobile devices, tablets, and hybrid devices such as Surface Pro 

Resolution

Open Workbench is supported on Windows 10; however, mobile devices, tablets, and hybrid devices such as Surface Pro are not supported due to screen resolution constraints, as referenced in the documentation in Manage Projects with Open Workbench (OWB).
